Eastern Car Service has provided transportation services to customers within the New York City Metro Area for the past 20 years. Starting with only 10 vehicles, Eastern Car Service gained a respectable reputation within the Park Slope and Sunset Park communities within Brooklyn, NY and quickly grew to over 200 vehicles. Eastern Luxury Inc. is the sister company of Eastern Car Service and was established as a branch off of Eastern Car Service in 2007 with the sole purpose of catering towards the corporate, entertainment and medical markets and to those other individuals looking for higher end car service.
Since launching Eastern Luxury, many dedicated businesses have entrusted us with transporting their employees, patients, celebrity invitees and various other important individuals. We currently hold many accounts with Medical Institutions, Children & Family Services, Radio/Television Stations, Hotels and private businesses. We dedicate our time to each account in order to assure that we are satisfying our clients’ individual needs, and customize any aspect of our business in order to provide the highest quality service possible. Our fleet consists of a variety of vehicles including; Luxury Sedans, Town cars, Escalades, Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs), and Minivans. It also includes Hybrid and low-emission vehicles as well. Each vehicle is fully insured and is inspected quarterly to meet NY TLC standards. All of our drivers must be fully qualified, and licensed by the TLC. Drivers are also expected to meet Eastern Luxury’s high set of in-house standards. We inspect and review our drivers to make sure that they are properly dressed, groomed and that their vehicles are well maintained at all times.
In order to cater to today’s professional market, Eastern Luxury took a step forward and developed an in-house application which allows us to dispatch our vehicles more accurately and also provides our clients with more efficient methods of requesting a vehicle. Our clients can request vehicles by simply calling our Toll Free number (866.499.3377) or by requesting it in real-time on our website (www.EasternLX.com). In addition, Eastern Luxury offers its clients automated e-mail confirmations and updates notifying our clients of their personal chauffeur’s vehicle ID number, Name, and cell phone number. We also provide them with a complete detailed record of all their calls which can be accessed via their online account.
Our corporate accounts have the luxury of using vouchers instead of cash. Upon making a reservation, we ask our clients to provide their “unique” voucher number over the telephone or upon booking online. This will allow our drivers to know that the customer will not pay in cash. These vouchers are later collected and prepared for billing. The vouchers collected are inputted into our database and billed accordingly to the corporate account. The entire process is closely monitored by our dedicated staff members.
We train our drivers, dispatchers and staff to be cordial, polite and helpful to our customers. Staff meetings are a common practice within our company and allow us to communicate any issues brought forward by our clients.
