All stops are given a 5 minute grace period before waiting time applies.

2 hours minimum for hourly flat rates.

To avoid any conflicts with the driver's schedule, roundtrips should be request ahead of time.

No Shows: Our drivers and/or dispatcher will make every effort to contact the customer a few minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time. If no contact has been made 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, the job will be considered a No-Show and the customer will be charged a No Show fee.

Late Cancellations: If a customer does not cancel a trip within the allowed time, Eastern Luxury reserves the right to charge the customer up to the full fare. All changes and/or cancellations must be made no later than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time within NYC, pickups outside NYC must be made 2 hours prior.

All Out-of-Town pickups are subject to tolls and a $10 pickup fee.

Meet & Greet Service is perfect for the passenger who would like a driver to park the car and meet them inside the arriving terminal. The driver will have a sign with the passengers name on it and assist with the luggage. Waiting time, parking and any additional fees may apply with this service.

Need a package to have delivered same day? Eastern Luxury now provides delivery service.

Child seats are now available upon request for any parent who requires one for their infant, toddler or young child. The driver will arrive with the requested child seat pre-installed.

There is no additional charge for riding with a pet. Most of our vehicles are pet friendly. However, to avoid any delays, please let our dispatcher know that you will have a pet with you upon requesting the vehicle.

All tolls and/or parking must be paid by the customer in addition to the fare. Parking fees may incur during Meet & Greet service at airports, stadiums and other venues.

A minimum $10 surcharge will be applied for all special request vehicles. This includes Minivans, SUV's, Large SUV's, Hybrid Vehicles or any other specific vehicle requested. Minivans and SUV's may apply a fuel surcharge.
